Position: Product Manager (Industrial Portfolio)

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Industrial Product Manager will manage the SpotSee portfolio of impact, tilt, and temperature sensors and condition monitors that are typically used in industrial applications. The objective of this role is to work cross functionally to drive profitable growth in their portfolio. This Product Manager will be responsible for competitive analysis, market research, new product development, strategic product growth, product line profitability and initiative execution.
The Industrial Product Manager will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams in the development and execution of an Integrated Sales & Marketing Plan and in managing the pipeline of business development opportunities. He or she will own the Multi-Generational Product Plan for the portfolio and manage relevant products through the Gate Review (NPI) Process. Reporting requirements will be weekly team communication and Monthly Business Reviews with the SpotSee Leadership Team. The Industrial Product Manager will report directly to the VP of Product Management and Marketing.
Other duties and responsibilities include establishing portfolio goals and sales targets, generating price and MOQ policies, overseeing financial and budgetary activities, supplier contract negotiations and development of new partnerships to identify ways to expand the SpotSee portfolio, minimize cost, and boost financial performance.
