Upon receipt, the user scans the QR code on the ShockWatch Label QR using a smartphone. The guided workflow opens the camera, aligns the label within the scan frame, captures the image, and saves the scan to check sensor condition.

The system then analyzes the indicator and displays the shipment condition on the final screen, allowing the receiver to quickly determine next steps.
